Concerning reaching the goal for the season, we could hardly do worse: instead of staying in Div4 with a few visits to Div3, we spent almost the whole season in Div5 and finally made it back to Div4 in the end. At Fast on Wheels, we secured one Top10 placement.
Otherwise, Yoann Lagarde introduced himself well as a leader for hilly races (Top10 in Divs4-6). Narcis and Mateo shared the role of climbing leaders, even though Narcis could certainly do better. As a more experienced rider, he could show much more this season.
We welcomed new guys, Espen Kjærgaard (hilly helper) and Leonardo Incravuglia (climbing helper), who already settled well as teammates. However, as Jørg Smidt's carrer slowly ends, we will look for another teammate for classic-like profiles.
Goals:
-settle in DIV4 with some visits into the 3rd (it's indeed Div4, do not mess it up again, guys!!!)
-decent performance in a hilly tour (stage win or top3 placement overall)

Good luck settling in Div4. Yoann and Narcis are still young and will perform better over coming seasons.
